About the Publishing House

The primary goal of the Scientific Publishing House of the University of Siedlce is to popularize the scientific achievements of the University staff. We achieve this through professional editorial processing, preparation for printing, and distribution of scientific and educational publications.

How we operate

Publishing activities are based on an annual plan, prepared according to proposals from the University's organizational units and approved by the Publishing Committee. All scientific works published by the UwS Scientific Publishing House are peer-reviewed.

Professional Processing

We provide support in publication preparation: editing, proofreading, typesetting, as well as preparation for printing and distribution.

Annual Plan & Cooperation

Publications are planned on an annual cycle, based on submissions from UwS units and decisions of the Publishing Committee.

Reviewing & Standards

Committee members serve as sectional editors, collaborate with authors, and identify and approve reviewers.

Distribution and Sales

We sell publications at the Publishing House's headquarters and through our online store. Electronic versions of selected books are also available in major online bookstores.
